An exclusive private yacht experience for women founders.
There is something powerful about stepping away from everything you know. Away from the expectations, the routines and the roles we play.
Beyond the noise of everyday life, we find space to see things differently, to recognise who we have become and to imagine what could be next.
Surrounded by open water, Beyond the Horizon creates space for what often gets lost in the pursuit of success: reconnecting with ourselves, and with women who understand the journey.
Sometimes, it begins with seeing yourself differently.
Guests arrive at the marina and are welcomed with drinks and a personal introduction.
Honest talks and an open conversation with our speakers, while the skyline slips behind us.
A curated, seated menu, where real connections happen between courses.
We return at sunset, with new perspectives and new people to call.
Fifty hand-selected women founders, investors and leaders. They run their own companies.

Era of You is an invitation-only community for women founders, with members and partners in Dubai, Amsterdam, London and beyond.

Serial entrepreneur and investor with more than 25 years of building companies across Europe, the Gulf and the Caribbean, and a mentor to more than 3,000 women.
Our first signature event brought around fifty women founders from Dubai, Amsterdam, London and beyond to Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, for a day about money, funding, investing and building a business that lasts.
The keynote was given by H.E. Dr. Sheikha Ayesha Bint Saud Al Qassimi, Royal Family Member of Ras Al Khaimah, joined by Netflix personality Pamala Serena, host Karmin Habibi, moderator Sharon Missah and two panels of founders sharing what they learned building their own companies.
The women left with clear answers on funding and legal set-up, new partners and clients from the same room, and a circle that stayed in touch long after the day ended.
